Falmouth Hidden Gems

Enys Gardens

Located just a few miles to the East of Penryn in Cornwall, you will find stunning gardens with meadows, ponds and woodland that are a haven of tranquility. Enys Gardens is an old historic garden with old pathways and offers weekend art exhibitions and tearooms! A truly picturesque gem that is over flowing with beautiful bluebells, well worth a visit.

Gyllyngvase Beach

Situated west of Pendennis Castle, to the south of Falmouth town centre, is this fabulous sandy beach. A clean, quiet and scenic beach with great facilities including an oceanfront cafe & snack bar plus lifeguards on watch 10am to 5pm. Enjoy the clear waters, and take in the stunning views that Gyllyngvase Beach has to offer.

Pendennis Point

Pendennis Point not only has spectacular views, there is also a ruined castle you can explore! It's got fantastic views out to sea, across to St Mawes and back towards Falmouth along with information boards. There are plenty of benches to choose from, to sit and watch the world go by, in a calm and relaxing setting.
