Cluecation Hidden Gems Tours:


  • Fully Refundable if cancelled at least 1 day before the event
  • However, please note that cancellations are not possible if your pass has been activated. A pass is activated as soon as you log in to the Loquiz app for the first time (e.g. if you scan your ticket's QR Code from the Loquiz app). Unfortunately, pass access cannot cannot be paused or restarted once activated. To confirm, REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE ONCE THE APP HAS BEEN ACTIVATED, as this indicates that you have already started/used your pass.


3rd Party Travel Products purchased via our website (i.e. experiences, accommodation, flights etc.): These are booked directly with the supplier, and therefore subject to the vendors terms & conditions and refund policy. Please always review these before booking, as they may vary, and can be different to ours.


Non-refundable items: Cluecation Gift Cards.



Refunds (if applicable)

Once your refund is approved, we will send you an email to notify you that we have processes your refund. We will also notify you

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check with your bank or credit card company.  It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If still not received within ten working days, please contact us.


Merchandise Exchanges & Returns

If you have purchased additional products such as Cluecation Merchandise (t-shirts etc), we can replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us and send your item to: 1 Turrills Row, Woodstock, Oxfordshire, OX201GA, United Kingdom. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping items over £50 in value, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
