League contests

Eligibility

Open only to persons who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Cluecation Ltd. are not eligible to enter or win a prize. All applicable laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. No additional purchase necessary.

Contest Period

Summer League 2024: The Contest entry period begins on April 1st 2024 and ends on September 30th 2024 (the "Contest Period").

Winter League 2023: The Contest entry period begins on October 1st 2023 and ends on March 31st 2024 (the "Contest Period").

Winners will be selected from Cluecation Scavenger Hunt participants who's pass commences (is activated) during the Contest Period.

How to Enter

During the Contest Period, activate your Cluecation Hidden Gems pass. Collect points in the usual way.

Winner Selection

Winners will be determined based on how many points their team have collected during the Content Period. Team's may enter as many times as they wish, and the league compiles the points from each Hidden Gems pass participated in. The odds of winning depend on the level of participation within the users Hidden Gems pass.

Conditions

Cluecation reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest (or portion thereof). Cluecation also reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify the Entry of any individual. All taxes on prize and any expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of winner. Should a dispute arise regarding the identity of the claimant, Cluecation reserves the sole right to determine the eligible party. By entering, entrant waives all rights to bring (and covenants not to bring) any claim against Cluecation or any others associated with this Contest. Entrants further agree to release and hold harmless Cluecation from any and all liability arising from their participation in the Contest, or CLUECATION'S use of any entry information. Any disputes that may arise hereunder shall be governed in all respects by UK law.

Publicity and release

As a condition of entry into the Contest, except where prohibited by law, each winner by accepting a prize grants to Cluecation, all right, title and interest in to publicise, broadcast, display and/or otherwise use the Contest entrant’s team name, names and biographical material (collectively, “Licensed Rights”) in any media for advertising and publicity purposes, without additional review, compensation, or approval of the winner. If Winner does not respond to notification, or is not present when prize delivery is attempted, such prize will be forfeited. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all respects.

Summer League 2024: The prizes will be announced and sent to winners on/around 15th October 2024

Winter League 2023: The prizes will be announced and sent to winners on/around 15th April 2024

Gift Cards will sent in the form of GIFT CARD PROMO CODE to winners email address. The email address must match that given during booking of participant's Minihunts, Geohunts or Megahunts. Gift Cards will be valid 6 months. A maximum of one prize is permitted per team.
